At the St. Louis High School all students with a grade point average of 3.5 or higher or less than five absent days in the first semester received a free brownie with ice cream Feb. 10, 2026. The event was a small reward for students who are committed to academics and attendance and took place during the advisory period.
The brownie motivation, however, is a controversial topic. On the one hand, Bradynn Overla said, “It was a great motivation, even though I didn’t get it. It motivates me to get it the next time.” On the other hand, Dominic Prather added, “Another motivation would be better because during wrestling and powerlifting season many students are cutting weight, and they couldn’t get their brownie.”
The list below contains students who have achieved a 3.5 GPA or less than five missing days.
