Jason Inbody was recently named the St. Louis High School varsity head basketball coach, and this is his first year coaching high school basketball.
After a one year hiatus from having a basketball team, Inbody stepped up to ensure the Sharks wouldn’t have the same outcome during the 2025-2026 season.
Some of Inbody’s coaching backstory includes coaching about eight years of youth basketball here at St. Louis. Most recently, he coached his son’s fifth and sixth grade basketball teams.
According to Inbody, he wants his team to, “be stronger, faster, more physical, have better fundamentals, and play as a team! And have a winning season.”
Coach Inbody wants everyone to play for each other, play hard, win games, not get out hustled. Inbody looks forward to, “actually having a season, not only for varsity, but also for J.V. Having a J.V. team is important for the program.”
Alex Alba says that Coach Inbody is, “Nice, a good coach he really thinks about the kids, and puts in hard work” The first practice is November 12, 2025.
