St. Louis High School recently broke out the new yearbooks! Students started to pick up their yearbooks which were purchased last year on the week of homecoming, Sept. 9 – Sept. 13, and they are loving them!
Yearbooks give students the opportunity to bring back good memories that were made at the Shark Tank. Senior Rebekah Ross got her yearbook Thursday, Sept. 5, and said, “I really like the new yearbooks. I appreciate all the work that they do to make the yearbooks. They’re always high quality and last a long time.” Ross also stated, “My favorite part of the year book is always the senior quotes. There are some that are genuinely good quotes, and I even remember a lot and use them towards myself. And then there’s the funny ones that make me laugh.”
The yearbook committee works hard to perfect the yearbooks each year to make sure that students both are entertained and enjoy the yearbooks! Ross explained, “I’m not sure of anything the staff themselves can do to make the yearbook better. The only thing I’m not excited about the yearbook is the requirements for the senior portraits. I can’t use a lot of my senior photos I’m getting done even though they are my favorites.”
Mrs. Biehl, both a teacher and the new yearbook adviser at St. Louis said “It is a beautiful book! Students will be very excited to look through them.” Biehl also said, “I love all of the great pictures and the layouts throughout the book.” she added, “ I am looking forward to seeing our new yearbook staff add their personality into this year’s book.”
Students seem to be enjoying the new yearbooks and getting a good laugh from them. For those who have ordered a yearbook, they can pick them up at Mrs. Biehl’s room or if from the class of 2024, they can be picked up in the office.
