Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe came out 12 years after the last episode was aired. The movie follows the main character Candace, Phineas’ older teen sister, and Ferb’s older step-sister. Candace complains to her friend Vanessa that she failed to bust her brothers for building another contraption in their backyard. Then, a mysterious spaceship lands in Candace’s front yard in Danville. To let out her pent up anger, she hits the spaceship and the spaceship sucks up her and Vanessa.

Autumn Bradbury, a senior, stated, “I did like the storyline, I thought the beginning was too good to be true when she met the alien that was in charge of everything. My favorite part was when the aliens were singing and dancing getting ready to introduce the alien in charge. Then, the screen moved over and the one alien was smiling ear to ear doing the floss.”

Skylar Rodriguez, a senior, stated, “I think that the story plot was very interesting. My favorite part of this movie is when Phineas and the gang came to fight a war.”

The movie is a big teaching lesson for Candace and the ending reveals the true connection between Candace and her little brothers Phineas and Ferb. Many say this movie was a nice reminder about the show’s witty personality.
