Fall is just around the corner, and with that being said, have you ever wondered what the best activities are to do in the fall season? Well, it’s safe to say that it can be very subjective in that aspect.
One of the biggest signs of fall heading to St. Louis is the cooling air and the leaves that begin to change colors on the trees. This incoming weather brings more new activities that students at St. Louis love to do.
As for students like Bryan Wing, Uncle John’s Cider Mill is one of his favorite destinations in the fall season: “I love Fall a lot because I get to go to Uncle John’s Apple Cider Mill, and I love to get apple cider and donuts,” he said.
Senior Sawyer Wonch states, “For me personally, I’d like to say that some of my favorite fall activities include picking out pumpkins from a pumpkin patch, drinking apple cider, jumping in leaf piles, pumpkin carving, and trick-or-treating.”
Aside from visiting cider mills, picking pumpkins, or trick-or-treating, Wing shows his love for haunted houses. “Haunted houses are the best way to encapsulate the fear that’s involved in the fall … it’s in the Halloween season. Cold,” he added.
Although going out is a great way to enjoy one’s Fall, sophomore Remington Snyder has different stay-in plans such as, “Watching Halloween movies and the food like Halloween cookies, apple cider, and donuts.”
“I like staying in, watching movies, making cookies, and eating good food,” stated sophomore Jackson Schulz.
It’s clear that many students enjoy different types of activities in the upcoming fall season, whether it’s going out or staying in.
