The St. Louis varsity and junior varsity basketball teams picked up a pair of wins over the Merrill Vandals Monday in the Shark Tank Dec. 4th.

The varsity dominated 61-33. The sharks didn’t let up on the gas pedal throughout the game. Junior guard,Noah Prestage said, ” I just like how didn’t let them get close to taking the game from us, we never gave up and we need to keep that attitude throughout the season.”

Additionally the JV’s won easily 56-43. Ignatius Jackson was an absolute beast as he led the team with 21 points, 15 of those came off of three pointers. ” This year I don’t feel like losing any home games and I’ll do anything it takes to win.”

Both teams will play Hemlock at home on Friday; JV plays at 6 p.m., and varsity at 7:30 p.m.
