The St. Louis High School Spanish Club arrived in Panama Wednesday, March 20. They will return Friday, March 29; 34 students and 5 adult chaperones attended.

The trip will be full of fun events. Some of these include: visiting a school, Monkey Island, the Panama City Plaza, the Panama Canal, and many more fun activities.

Kacie Allen said, “We’ll be taking a boat tour around Monkey Island and getting up and close with them as well. We’re also going to farms and seeing the different aspects of agriculture. I’m most excited about getting out of my comfort zone with my best friends.”

Carly Daniels added, “I am most excited to go to the local Panamanian school! I think it will be a great experience to meet kids our age and use our Spanish skills.”
